At Click & Grow, we want you to love your indoor garden, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. If your smart garden or plant pods don't meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Click & Grow packaging, ensuring all components and power adapters are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned garden, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5 to 7 business days.
